Polls Close; Voters Still in Line Allowed to Cast Ballots

Kathmandu — The scheduled voting time for the House of Representatives election held today across the country has ended. Polling, which began at 7 a.m., continued until 5 p.m. at all polling centers, the Election Commission said.

The commission clarified that voters who had already entered the polling center or were waiting in line by 5 p.m. will still be allowed to exercise their right to vote.
