Kathmandu — The Central Disciplinary Commission of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has urged its leaders and cadres to refrain from making unnecessary remarks.

Issuing a public appeal on Saturday, the commission said that since the public mandate has come in favor of the party, it should not be taken as a moment of “victory arrogance,” and party members should remain fully loyal to their responsibilities.

“In this period of the election, we have noticed increasing activities such as unnecessary comments by various party ranks on social media and other platforms,” the appeal states, directing all party members to avoid such undesirable actions.

The commission has also warned that if such activities are found anywhere, necessary action will be taken in accordance with the party’s statute, procedures, and code of conduct.
