Man Dies After Leaving Polling Station in Shankharapur

Kathmandu — A man died after casting his vote in Shankharapur, Kathmandu.

The deceased has been identified as 38-year-old Harke Waiba, who had voted at the polling station set up at Narayan Basic School in Shankharapur-5.

According to local resident Subhash Acharya, Waiba had been unwell for several days. Shortly after leaving the polling station after voting, he reportedly vomited blood.

Acharya said Waiba died at the polling site before he could be taken to a hospital.
