Due to a landslide, the Narayangadh–Muglin road in Chitwan was interrupted, but it is now operating in both directions.

According to Police Inspector Prateek Singh, chief of the Area Police Office Muglin, traffic was blocked when a landslide occurred near the Tuin-Khola Bridge in Ichchhakamana-5 at around 8:40 a.m. today following continuous rainfall.

After the Department of Roads’ machinery cleared the debris, he said traffic resumed in both directions at around 10:25 a.m.

Since this stretch of road remains at high risk of further landslides, the police have requested travellers to proceed with caution.
