Voting Begins for House of Representatives Member Selection (With Photos)

Kathmandu — Voting for the selection of members of the House of Representatives began across the country at 7 am today.

According to the Election Commission, the voting process commenced on schedule after all necessary preparations were completed at the designated polling centers.

Polling will continue until 5 pm. Security personnel have been widely deployed to ensure the election is conducted in a peaceful and fear-free environment.

The Commission has made voter ID cards mandatory for casting ballots and has requested voters to carry either their citizenship certificate, driving licence, or land ownership certificate as identification.
