UML Set to Unveil Election Manifesto Today

Kathmandu — The Communist Party of Nepal (Unified Marxist–Leninist) (UML) is set to unveil its election manifesto today for the upcoming House of Representatives elections.

In a special event in Kathmandu, party chair KP Sharma Oli and other senior leaders are scheduled to jointly release the document.

The manifesto places key emphasis on building a prosperous Nepal, good governance, creating broad employment opportunities, and advancing social justice.

It also highlights plans for necessary institutional reforms across various branches of the state.

According to party leaders, the manifesto underscores the need for a new political consensus to ensure political stability and accelerated development in the country.

With the goal of securing a clear majority in the upcoming election, UML is preparing to present people-centric programs and development blueprints to the electorate.
