Match Schedule for Women’s T20 World Cup Qualifier Released

Kathmandu — The match schedule for the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup Global Qualifier has been released. The Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) announced the fixtures for the tournament to be held in Nepal next January.

Nepal will play its first match against Thailand in the qualifiers at Mulpani Cricket Ground. The Nepali team is in Group B alongside Scotland, Thailand, Zimbabwe and the Netherlands.

Before the main event, Nepal is scheduled to play warm-up matches against Ireland and the USA.

A total of ten countries will compete in two groups in the Global Qualifier, with the top four teams earning spots in the Women’s T20 World Cup 2026 in England.

– Nepal vs Netherlands: Upper Mulpani Cricket Ground (Magh 8)
– Nepal vs Zimbabwe: Tribhuvan University Ground (Magh 10)
– Nepal vs Scotland: Tribhuvan University Ground (Magh 12)
