KP Oli elected as UML PP leader

Kathmandu- KP Sharma Oli, Chairman of the Communist Party of Nepal (UML) has enormously been elected as the leader of the Parliamentary Party on Tuesday.

Party’s vice-chairman Bishnu Paudel proposed Oli’s name for the post with another vice-chairman of the party, Subash Nemwang seconded.

Padam Giri, a member of the UML Parliamentary Party announced that Oli has been elected as the PP leader position unopposed. Oli, however, said that UML is not in the race for power in current circumstances and it will work for the country’s economic development and prosperity.
