Kathmandu — Kiran Pandit Appointed as Deputy Governor of Nepal Rastra Bank

Kiran Pandit, an Executive Director at Nepal Rastra Bank, has been appointed as a Deputy Governor of Nepal Rastra Bank.

The Cabinet meeting held on Tuesday decided to fill one of the two vacant Deputy Governor positions by appointing him.

According to Minister for Federal Affairs and General Administration Pratibha Rawal, Pandit was given the responsibility based on a proposal from the Ministry of Finance.

Pandit, who has been involved in banking services since 2062 B.S., has worked in several important departments within Nepal Rastra Bank.
