Gokarna Raj Bista (CPN-UML) elected for the seat of HoR from Gulmi-2.

As of total 58, 759 vote count, Bista got 28,485 votes while his nearest rival Ram Kumari Jhakri (CPN-Unified Socialist) got 26,441.
