Kathmandu — Communist Party of Nepal  (UML) leader Ishwor Pokharel has claimed that various domestic and foreign forces are conspiring to weaken and eliminate his party. Speaking on Wednesday at an interaction program with UML candidates for the Kathmandu Valley, Pokharel said that the UML is facing conspiratorial activities from both visible and invisible forces inside and outside the country.

He added that the party is working to strengthen its internal unity to prevent such external conspiracies from gaining influence, warning that internal weakness could allow these forces to dominate. Pokharel also said the UML’s election manifesto is in its final preparation stage, with commitments and timelines included.
