Dissatisfied Nepali Congress leaders discuss national assembly at Khadka’s residence

Leaders from the dissatisfied faction of the Nepali Congress held a meeting on Friday at the residence of Purna Bahadur Khadka in Golfutar.

For the meeting, leaders Shashank Koirala and Meen Pariyar arrived at Khadka’s residence in Golfutar.

While the Nepali Congress establishment faction, led by Gagan Thapa, is preparing for the central convention from 16–19 Ashwin, the dissatisfied leaders gathered for the meeting.

They have also opened a separate contact office in Chundev.

During the meeting at Khadka’s residence, there was a discussion about calling a national assembly, according to a leader who participated in the meeting.
