CPN-UML’s Bishnu Paudel presented in court on money laundering charges

Vice-Chairman of CPN-UML, Bishnu Paudel, has been presented in court. He was arrested on charges of money laundering and brought before the Special Court on Tuesday.

Paudel was apprehended in Surkhet on Monday and transported to Kathmandu overnight. Upon arrival in Kathmandu, he was presented at the Department of Money Laundering Investigation.

From there, he was taken to the Special Court to seek a remand.
