Cabinet Meeting Underway as Activity Intensifies at Prime Minister’s Office (Photos)

Kathmandu — The first Cabinet meeting of the newly elected government is set to be held shortly.

The meeting is expected to begin soon at the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers, where activity has intensified as ministers start arriving.

Following their swearing-in at the President’s residence, Shital Niwas, ministers formally assumed office and have begun gathering at the Prime Minister’s Office for the meeting.

Prime Minister Balendra Shah and 14 ministers took the oath of office earlier today as part of the formation of the new government.
