Kathmandu, Nepal – In a bid to raise men’s health awareness and facilitate early detection of prostate-related disorders, Kathmandu’s prominent tertiary care centre Nepal Mediciti Hospital has unveiled a special screening offer under the banner “Special Prostate Package 2025”. The institution says this limited-time initiative is designed to make key diagnostic measures more accessible and affordable for men who may otherwise delay important check-ups.

The package, now being offered at a promotional rate of Rs. 5,500, is significantly reduced from its standard cost of Rs. 8,560. Included in the bundle are several investigations and services: ultrasonography of the abdomen and pelvis (USG), routine urine examination, total prostate-specific antigen (PSA) testing, uroflowmetry (A), a renal functional panel (RFT), glycosylated haemoglobin (HbA1c) measurement, and a urology consultation. Additionally, participants will receive a complimentary breakfast. The hospital has stressed that the offer is valid until 30 November 2025, encouraging early booking to secure slots.
