Krishna Gopal Shrestha retains Kathmandu-9
CPN-UML leader Krishna Gopal Shrestha has retained Kathmandu-9 parliamentary seat.
At the final count, he polled 11956 votes against 10961 by his nearest rival Tek Bahadur Pokharel (Rastriya Swatantra Party).
