Energy Minister Ghising resigns

Kathmandu, Jan 7: After much Dilli-dallying and contradictory statements, Energy Minister Kulman Ghising resigned his cabinet seat Boeing to instructions from no a prime Minister Sushila Karki.
Ghising who is still undecided about which Party to join, held a short- notice press conference in the late night and declared he has resigned.
He is the first to respond to Karki’s instructions two days ago that the ministers who have joined one or the other political parties , must resign as she held the view that the electoral government must be neutral and non- partisan to ensure free, fair and credibly elections.
Ghising’s act puts pressure on  at least  three more ministers including Jagdish Kharel and Bablu Gupta to quit the post.
