UML’s 11th National Convention: Plenary Session Moved to 12 O’Clock, Central Committee Meeting from 9

Kathmandu — On the second day of the 11th National Congress of Communist Party of Nepal -Unified Marxist Leninist , the timing of the plenary session has been changed.

According to spokesperson Rajendra Gautam, the plenary session, which was scheduled to begin at 8:00 a.m., has been moved to 12:00 p.m.

Delegates are already beginning to arrive at Bhrikuti Mandap to participate.

Currently, a Central Committee meeting has been in session since 9:00 a.m.

This time, the UML congress agenda does not include any discussions on proposals. After the formalities of the plenary session, the process of selecting the leadership is expected to begin.

There is a possibility of competition between Pradeep Gyawali and Yogesh Bhattarai for the post of UML General Secretary, and both sides are currently working on forming their teams.
