Progressive Democratic Party announced, Baburam Bhattarai in a guardian role

Kathmandu – The Progressive Democratic Party has been announced.

On Sunday in Kathmandu, the new party was declared through a unification between Dr. Baburam Bhattarai’s Nepal Socialist Party (New Force), Janardan Sharma’s Progressive National Campaign, and Santosh Pariyar, who left the National Independent Party.

In the program, the party’s name was formally announced by former Prime Minister Dr. Bhattarai. The party will have 151 central committee members. The party has already been registered with the Election Commission in the name of leader Durga Sov.

The party, whose guiding principle is progressive socialism, has adopted the election symbol of the eye. Leader Santosh Pariyar said that the party leadership will move forward with an inclusive and collective spirit.
