The hearing has begun in the Ravi Lamichhane and Chhabilal Joshi case at the High Court

Kathmandu – In the case of cooperative fraud and organised crime, the hearing for Rabi Lamichhane and Chhabilal Joshi has commenced. The hearing is taking place at the joint bench of Judges Basudev Acharya and Om Prasad Aryal of the High Court Tulsipur – Butwal Bench.

For Lamichhane’s side, advocates Mahendra Pandey and Narayan Kandel, among others, are participating in the arguments.

On this day, the case was scheduled as the first case (Case No. 1) in the First Bench of this court.

Previously, on Kartik 20, the same court had ordered the retrieval of the “main case file”  for this matter.

During the hearing of the case for Lamichhane and Joshi, the court on that earlier date had ordered the main file to be obtained.
