Susta residents protest in Kathmandu for citizenship and land rights

Kathmandu – Following Prime Minister Balendra Shah (Balen)’s statement on border issues, residents of Susta have arrived in Kathmandu, claiming they have faced difficulties from Indian security personnel. They are demanding Nepali citizenship and land ownership certificates.

Starting today, they plan to hold a peaceful sit-in at Maitighar Mandala in Kathmandu.
