“Spare”, Prince Harry’s memoir marks the sales record

Spare-Prince Harry memoir- was sold 1.43 million copies including audiobook and ebook format on the first day.

The sales figure, according to AP news, is a record pace for non-fiction from a company that also publishes Barack and Michelle Obama, whose “Becoming” needed a week to reach 1.4 million when it was released in 2018.

The book was published by Penguin Random House. The world’s largest publisher as mentioned by AP news shared that looking at these extraordinary first day sales, readers clearly agree, ‘Spare’ is a book that demands to be read, and it is a book we are proud to publish.

The 416 pages book, available in different formats including ebook, audiobook and hardcover, was released on 10 January 2023.
