Kaski– Continuous rainfall has filled Pokhara’s Fewa Lake.

After prolonged rain, the water level of the lake has risen, restoring its historic natural shape. The inflow from the lake’s source has also submerged wetlands and nearby farmlands completely.

Once the rain stopped, the lake’s surface appeared calm and clear. The reflection of surrounding hills and mist on the water created a captivating scene.

However, the increased water level has also posed some challenges. The pillars installed by Pokhara Metropolitan City to demarcate the lake’s boundaries and the area known as ‘Talghar’ are now submerged.
