PM Prachanda Meets Indian President Murmu , other high authorities

Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’, today held a ‘ courtesy call’ on Indian President Draupadi Murmu.

Prachanda also had a meeting with S Jaishankar who is likely to be assigned Foreign Affairs. The meeting took place slightly before his schedule return to Nepal.

Both Murmu n Prachanda are believed to have emphasized on the need to strengthen bilateral relations between two countries sharing much commonality of history, culture and religion. Prime Minister Dahal had gone to Delhi for a day to witness the oath-taking ceremony of Modi as the Prinne Minister of India for the third straight term.

Prachanda aattended a dinner hosted by President Murmu on Sunday evening. Dahal is scheduled to return home this evening
