President Paudel issues three new ordinances on health, public office, universities

President Ram Chandra Paudel has issued three additional ordinances. On Saturday, President Paudel issued the Ordinance to Amend Some Nepal Acts Related to Health Science Institutes, 2083; the Special Provision Ordinance on the Dismissal of Public Office Holders, 2083; and the Ordinance to Amend Some Nepal Acts Related to Universities, 2083, according to the President’s Office.

President Paudel issued these ordinances on the recommendation of the Cabinet, in accordance with Article 114, Clause (1) of the Constitution of Nepal.
