PM Dahal arrives home after attending NAM Summit

Kathmandu, Jan 21 (RSS): Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ has arrived at Kathmandu in the morning today.

PM Dahal had left Kathmandu for Kampala on January 19 to attend the 19th Summit of Heads of State and Government of the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM) held from 19 to 20 January in Kampala, the Republic of Uganda.

During the summit, the Prime Minister addressed the plenary session of the Summit on the theme ‘Deepening Cooperation for Shared Global Affluence’ on January 19.

In the margins of the Summit, the Prime Minister held bilateral meetings with heads of state, heads of government and other high dignitaries attending the Summit.

Nepal is a founding member of the Non-Aligned Movement and has been actively participating in all NAM Summits since its inception.
