PHC schedules hearing for proposed CJ on Monday

Kathmandu, Aug 20:  A meeting of the Parliamentary Hearing Committee (PHC) today has scheduled a hearing for proposed Chief Justice Bishwambhar Prasad Shrestha on Monday.

The Committee on August 9 had sought complaints, if any, against the proposed Chief Justice, and it had received three complaints.

On Monday, the Committee will hear from the complainants before starting a hearing over the recommendation.

The proposed Chief Justice will also present on experiences, action plans and concepts on the day.
