Nepal Rastra Bank updates foreign exchange rates for major currencies today

Kathmandu – Nepal Rastra Bank has set the foreign exchange rates for today (Friday).

According to the central bank, the buying rate for one American dollar is set at NPR 152.33, and the selling rate is NPR 152.93. The buying rate for one European euro is NPR 174.09, and the selling rate is NPR 174.78. For one UK pound sterling, the buying rate is NPR 204.22, and the selling rate is NPR 205.02. The Swiss franc’s buying rate is NPR 188.77, and the selling rate is NPR 189.52.

The buying rate for one Australian dollar is NPR 105.69, and the selling rate is NPR 106.10. For one Canadian dollar, the buying rate is NPR 107.43, and the selling rate is NPR 107.85. The Singapore dollar’s buying rate is NPR 117.82, and the selling rate is NPR 118.28.

The buying rate for 10 Japanese yen is NPR 9.38, and the selling rate is NPR 9.42. For one Chinese yuan, the buying rate is NPR 22.42, and the selling rate is NPR 22.51. The buying rate for one Saudi Arabian riyal is NPR 40.57, and the selling rate is NPR 40.73. For one Qatari riyal, the buying rate is NPR 41.79, and the selling rate is NPR 41.95.

According to the central bank, the buying rate for one Thai baht is NPR 4.56, and the selling rate is NPR 4.57. The buying rate for one UAE dirham is NPR 41.48, and the selling rate is NPR 41.64. For one Malaysian ringgit, the buying rate is NPR 37.36, and the selling rate is NPR 37.51. The buying rate for 100 South Korean won is NPR 10.07, and the selling rate is NPR 10.11. The Swedish krona’s buying rate is NPR 15.73, and the selling rate is NPR 15.79. The Danish krone’s buying rate is NPR 23.29, and the selling rate is NPR 23.38.

The buying rate for one Hong Kong dollar is NPR 19.44, and the selling rate is NPR 19.51. For one Kuwaiti dinar, the buying rate is NPR 494.98, and the selling rate is NPR 496.93. The buying rate for one Bahraini dinar is NPR 404, and the selling rate is NPR 405.60. The Omani riyal’s buying rate is NPR 395.64, and the selling rate is NPR 397.20.

The buying rate for 100 Indian rupees is set at NPR 160, and the selling rate is NPR 160.15. The central bank has stated that these rates can be revised at any time as needed. It is noted that the exchange rates set by commercial banks may differ, and the updated rates are available on the central bank’s website.
