Nepal Rastra Bank announces today’s foreign exchange rates for major currencies

Kathmandu – Nepal Rastra Bank has set the foreign exchange rates for today (Sunday). According to the central bank, the buying rate for one American dollar is set at NPR 151.62, while the selling rate is NPR 152.22.

Similarly, the buying rate for one European euro is NPR 176.47 and the selling rate is NPR 177.17. The buying rate for one UK pound sterling is NPR 204.25 and the selling rate is NPR 205.06. For one Swiss franc, the buying rate is NPR 192.51 and the selling rate is NPR 193.27.

The buying rate for one Australian dollar is NPR 108.29 and the selling rate is NPR 108.72. For one Canadian dollar, the buying rate is NPR 109.25 and the selling rate is NPR 109.68. The buying rate for one Singapore dollar is NPR 118.15 and the selling rate is NPR 118.62.

For 10 Japanese yen, the buying rate is NPR 9.48 and the selling rate is NPR 9.52. The buying rate for one Chinese yuan is NPR 22.41 and the selling rate is NPR 22.50. For one Saudi Arabian riyal, the buying rate is NPR 40.38 and the selling rate is NPR 40.54. The buying rate for one Qatari riyal is NPR 41.62 and the selling rate is NPR 41.79.

According to the central bank, the buying rate for one Thai baht is NPR 4.65 and the selling rate is NPR 4.67. For one UAE dirham, the buying rate is NPR 41.28 and the selling rate is NPR 41.45. The buying rate for one Malaysian ringgit is NPR 37.64 and the selling rate is NPR 37.79. For 100 South Korean won, the buying rate is NPR 9.85 and the selling rate is NPR 9.89. The buying rate for one Swedish krona is NPR 16.24 and the selling rate is NPR 16.30. For one Danish krone, the buying rate is NPR 23.61 and the selling rate is NPR 23.70.

The buying rate for one Hong Kong dollar is NPR 19.35 and the selling rate is NPR 19.43. For one Kuwaiti dinar, the buying rate is NPR 493.96 and the selling rate is NPR 495.91. The buying rate for one Bahraini dinar is NPR 402.07 and the selling rate is NPR 403.66. For one Omani riyal, the buying rate is NPR 393.80 and the selling rate is NPR 395.36. The buying rate for 100 Indian rupees is NPR 160 and the selling rate is NPR 160.15.

The central bank has stated that these exchange rates can be revised at any time as needed. It is noted that the exchange rates set by commercial banks may differ, and the updated rates are available on the central bank’s website.
