Narayan Dutta Poudel appointed as new Armed Police Force chief

The government has appointed Narayan Dutta Poudel as the 13th Inspector General of the Armed Police Force. The Cabinet meeting on Monday decided to appoint Poudel to the position of Inspector General. The appointment will take effect from Baisakh 19. The current Inspector General, Raju Aryal, is set to retire on Baisakh 18 after completing his four-year term.
