Kathmandu, Apr 13: Megh Ale, number two in order of the proportional representation list submitted by the Rashtriya Swatantra Party (RSP) to the election commission, has decided to officially protest if he is denied the opportunity to enter the House in place of Dhaka Kumar Shrestha who was disqualified yesterday.

Claiming that he should be automatically sent to the parliament to fill up the vacancy, Ale said he would have no other option than challenging it before the Election Commission if the party leadership denied him the chance.

The RSP Central Committee had decided to send Bindhabasini Kansakar, an acid attack victim, to the parliament to fill up the vacancy created by Dhaka Kumar’s disqualification.
