Madhes Provincial Assembly to discuss Rs 41.1386 billion budget today

Janakpurdham – The Madhes Provincial Assembly will begin discussions today on the Appropriation Bill for the upcoming fiscal year 2083/84, focusing on the allocated budgets for various ministries.

According to Provincial Assembly Secretary Basuprasad Koirala, a session has been convened for 1:00 PM today to discuss the Appropriation Bill.

He mentioned that the agenda includes initiating discussions on the government’s Appropriation Bill from today. The Madhes provincial government has allocated a budget of Rs 41.1386 billion for the upcoming fiscal year 2083/84.

Madhes Province Finance Minister Yubaraj Bhattarai presented the budget of Rs 41.1386 billion for the fiscal year 2083/84 in the Provincial Assembly, prioritizing agricultural innovation, entrepreneurship promotion, education, and health.
