House of Representatives to discuss government policies and budget today

Kathmandu – The House of Representatives is set to convene today at 11:00 AM. The ongoing discussion on the government’s policies and programs will continue in today’s session.

President Ram Chandra Poudel had delivered the government’s policies and programs during a joint session of Parliament on Monday. Wednesday’s session was adjourned without proceeding to the regular agenda.

According to today’s tentative agenda, the policies and programs will be presented for decision. The budget for the fiscal year 2083/84 will also be presented during the current session of Parliament.

Similarly, the National Assembly is also scheduled to meet at 11:15 AM. The discussion on the government’s policies and programs is expected to continue as per the tentative agenda.
