House meeting postponed amid opposition’s demand for PM Shah’s apology

The House of Representatives meeting has been postponed due to the continued obstruction by opposition parties.

Speaker Dol Prasad Aryal postponed the meeting until 11 a.m. on Wednesday after the opposition maintained their obstruction.

The opposition parties are demanding that Prime Minister Balen Shah correct his controversial statement regarding border issues made in the House of Representatives and apologize, which has stalled parliamentary proceedings.
