Home Minister Sudhan Gurung ranked fifth in Nepal Cabinet hierarchy

Kathmandu – Home Minister Sudhan Gurung has been placed fifth in the Cabinet ranking.

After resigning from his position 47 days ago, Gurung has returned to lead the Home Ministry and has been ranked fifth, while Science, Technology, and Innovation Minister Mahabir Pun has been placed eighth.

Following Prime Minister Balendra Shah, Finance Minister Swarnim Wagle is ranked second, Foreign Minister Shishir Khanal third, and Energy Minister Biraj Bhakta Shrestha fourth.

The newly appointed ministers, Gurung and Pun, took their oaths of office and secrecy before President Ram Chandra Poudel on Tuesday.
