Global Consumer Expo 2026 Concludes on a High Note as Thousands Flock to Bhrikutimandap on Final Day ( Photos )

KATHMANDU, June 16 — The five-day Global Consumer Expo (GCE) 2026 concluded on Tuesday with an overwhelming turnout as thousands of visitors thronged the Bhrikutimandap Exhibition Hall on its final day, taking advantage of free entry announced by the organizers.

Organized by Event Solution under the theme “Shoppingको नयाँ ठेगाना” (The New Destination for Shopping), the second edition of Nepal’s largest consumer exhibition brought together more than 100 domestic and international exhibitors, showcasing products ranging from FMCG, electronics, fashion, home and kitchen appliances, health and beauty, furniture, and automotive accessories.

The exhibition witnessed enthusiastic participation throughout its five-day run, with the final day drawing particularly large crowds. Families, retailers, entrepreneurs, and shoppers explored the exhibition halls, where exhibitors offered exclusive discounts, live product demonstrations, lucky draws, and attractive gift hampers.

According to the organizers, GCE 2026 successfully created a vibrant platform connecting businesses with consumers while strengthening business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) networking opportunities. The expo was expected to attract more than 35,000 visitors over the five-day period, reflecting Nepal’s growing consumer market and increasing demand for quality products and services.

Expressing gratitude to exhibitors, partners, and visitors, Event Solution said the successful conclusion of the second edition further reinforces the Global Consumer Expo as one of Nepal’s premier consumer trade events and pledged to return with an even bigger edition in the future.
