Gandaki provincial government to present fiscal policies and programs today

The Gandaki provincial government is set to present its policies and programs for the upcoming fiscal year 2083/084 today.

Provincial Chief Dilliram Bhatt will present the policies and programs at the Provincial Assembly meeting scheduled for 4:00 PM, according to Provincial Assembly Secretariat Secretary Govinda Paudel.

The provincial government is constitutionally required to bring the budget by Ashadh 1. The policies and programs are being presented in advance of this deadline.

The budget session of the Provincial Assembly began on Jestha 11. During this period, discussions have been held on the principles and priorities of the Appropriation Bill, as stated by the Provincial Assembly Secretariat.
