A powerful explosion targeted a train carrying military personnel and their families in Pakistan’s southwestern province of Balochistan on Sunday, resulting in at least 24 deaths. Pakistani officials reported that more than 50 people were injured in the blast.

The attack occurred near the provincial capital, Quetta, causing significant damage at the site. According to officials, the train was traveling from Quetta to Peshawar when a vehicle carrying explosives collided with one of the train’s carriages in the Chaman area, triggering the explosion.
