District Court Dhanusha issues arrest warrant against KMG chair Sirohiya

Kathmandu, 21 May: A warrant of arrest has been issued against Kailash Sirohiya, chairman cum managing Director Kantipur Media Group (KMG), the biggest publishing house in Nepal.

The warrant was issued by Dhanusha District court following a request by the district police to investigate him allegedly for posing multiple citizenships.

Sirohiya had earlier stated that his citizenship is genuine and obtained on producing correct information.

Kantipur and Kathmandu Post, two leading products of the Group have of late adopted a very critical stance against Home Minister Rabi Lamichhane exposing him in Cooperative irregularities and scam.
