Deuba faction’s Sudurpaschim gathering begins in Dhangadhi with key leaders present

The Nepali Congress Deuba faction’s Sudurpaschim-level gathering has commenced in Dhangadhi. Organized by the provincial committee, the event features former central member NP Saud as the chief guest, with provincial president Bir Bahadur Balayar presiding over the meeting.

No leaders from the establishment faction are participating in the gathering. However, former central members Ramesh Lekhak, Mohan Basnet, and Kundan Kafle, along with all leaders representing the Deuba group from Sudurpaschim Province at the central level, are in attendance.

The event also sees the presence of public representatives, the province’s Chief Minister Kamal Shah, ministers, and leaders and activists from across the province. Previously, a gathering was held in the same hall with the central president of the Nepali Congress as the chief guest.
