Congress President Gagan Thapa Heading to Biratnagar Today for Election Review

Biratnagar – Nepali Congress President Gagan Kumar Thapa is scheduled to visit Biratnagar to participate in the Koshi Province-level election review program.

This important review meeting in Koshi Province is part of a nationwide campaign aimed at strengthening the party’s organizational structure and planning strategies for upcoming elections.

According to sources, President Thapa will arrive at Biratnagar Airport at 9:50 AM, and the formal proceedings will begin at 10:30 AM.

The special review program is expected to see a large turnout from the party’s top leadership in Koshi Province to local officials. Central officials and members representing Koshi Province, along with committee officers, members of the federal and provincial assemblies, and all district presidents from the province, will be in attendance.

Furthermore, regional presidents from federal constituencies, provincial assembly area presidents, and both direct and proportional candidates from the last federal elections in the province will be included in the gathering.

The Nepali Congress has already successfully held similar election review meetings in Gandaki, Lumbini, Bagmati, and Madhesh provinces.

This meeting in Koshi Province aims to conduct a detailed analysis of the last election results and is expected to formulate a roadmap for further strengthening the party and initiating organizational reforms.
