CJ Hari Krishna Karki takes oath of office and secrecy

Kathmandu, 16 June: Hari Krishna Karki, newly appointed Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, has taken the oath of office and secrecy.

President Ram Chandra Poudel administered the oath at a programme held at Sheetal Niwas, the office of the President, amid the presence of the Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal.

The Parliamentary Hearing Committee, earlier today, had unanimously approved Karki for the post.
