Bus accident in Arghakhanchi kills 2, injures 25 passengers

A bus accident occurred in Durgafant Kudela, Panini Rural Municipality-8, Arghakhanchi. Two people died at the scene. The identities of the deceased have not been confirmed. Twenty-five people were injured in the accident. The injured have been taken to Sandhikharka and Tansen in Palpa for treatment, according to the police.

Deputy Superintendent of Police Dibas Bahadur Jisi stated that the passenger bus, with registration number Dh 1 Kha 504, was returning from a visit to Arghakhanchi from Parbat district when it met with the accident. He mentioned that the brakes might have failed as the bus was descending.
