Bajhang earthquake update: One dead, 135 houses damaged

A person lost life to earthquake in Bajhang.

The deceased has been identified as Gunamati Dhami, 40, of Jayaprithvi municipality-11, Okhal.

Dhami died being trapped in a resultant landslides following the earthquake on Tuesday, according to the District Police Office.

Among 11 people injured, two returned home after treatment while nine are being treated at the district hospital.

Police informed that the earthquake caused damage to 135 structures in the district.
