Arun Kumar Chaudhary who was arrested Thursday afternoon from Banke has been sent to Jail. Prior to sending him to Dhangadi Jail he was presented at the Kailali District Court Friday morning.
Chaudhary was elected as member of the House of Representatives from Kailali-2 representing Nagarik Unmukti Party in the General Election held on 20 November, 2022.
He was sentenced a jail term of 6 months and fine of Rs 818,423 by the Kailali District Court on August 18, 2010 for the charge of setting a Tractor on fire on 19 August, 2019.
