Special Court orders detention of businessmen Bhatt and Agrawal for trial

Kathmandu – The Special Court has ordered the detention of prominent businessmen Deepak Bhatt and Sulabh Agrawal for trial. This decision came on Wednesday following the completion of a detention hearing in the money laundering case filed against them.

The joint bench, comprising Special Court Chairman Sudarshan Dev Bhatt and Judges Umesh Koirala and Vidur Koirala, recorded the statements of the accused. Immediately after the statements, the court conducted a detention hearing and issued an order to keep them in custody until the case is resolved.
