The Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has released a detailed schedule for preparing its first national convention. The party’s central election commission approved the convention preparation schedule as per the decision made on 2083 Jestha 6.

In a circular issued by Deputy Chief Ram Gurung, provincial and district presidents have been instructed to expedite the convention preparations. The circular includes programs ranging from the formation of the election committee to the collection of representatives’ names, submission of convention reports, and discussions on electronic voting machines.

According to the schedule released by RSP, election committees will be formed in all 77 districts and 7 provinces. Following this, official circulars and manuals will be sent, reports from local and district conventions will be collected, and district convention and election reports will be submitted within the specified timeframe.

The list of convention representatives will be submitted through district and provincial committees, and details of officials elected from the provincial conventions will also be submitted to the central election commission. The schedule also includes discussions on electronic voting machines.

RSP appears to be exploring the possibility of using technology to make the upcoming convention more efficient and organized. The circular urges all provincial presidents to coordinate with district committees within their provinces to complete the tasks within the set deadlines.
