Finance Minister Wagle to address parliament on government policies and programs

The meeting of the House of Representatives under the Federal Parliament has commenced today in Kathmandu.

Today’s session is primarily focused on the government’s policies and programs. The ongoing discussions on these policies and programs, which have been taking place over the past few days, are expected to conclude today. During this session, the agenda includes addressing the queries and questions raised by the members of Parliament.

Although the initial agenda indicated that Prime Minister Balen Shah would respond, he informed at the last minute that he would not be providing answers. Consequently, Finance Minister Dr. Swarnim Wagle is now scheduled to respond to the questions raised in Parliament on behalf of the government.
