Government approves President’s address draft for joint parliamentary session

The government has decided to approve the draft of the address to be presented by the President at the joint session of both houses of the Federal Parliament.

In a Cabinet meeting held on Monday at Singha Durbar, it was decided to approve the address to be delivered by the President in accordance with Article 95 of the Constitution of Nepal.

Providing details of the meeting’s decisions, government spokesperson and Education Minister Sasmita Pokharel stated that the President is scheduled to address the joint session of both houses of the Federal Parliament at 4 PM on Monday.

During the address, Paudel will present the policies and programs for the fiscal year 2083/84.
