Moderate rainfall and snowfall expected in several Nepali provinces today

In Kathmandu, the hilly and mountainous regions are expected to be generally cloudy, while the Terai will experience partial cloud cover.

According to the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology, Weather Forecast Division, some areas in Koshi and Gandaki provinces, as well as a few locations in other provinces, will see moderate rainfall and snowfall accompanied by thunder and lightning.

Similarly, tonight, Koshi, Madhesh, Bagmati, and Gandaki provinces will generally be cloudy, while the remaining provinces will have partial cloud cover.

The division has indicated that a few places in Koshi, Madhesh, and Bagmati provinces will experience moderate rainfall with thunder and lightning, and there is a possibility of moderate rainfall or snowfall with thunder and lightning in one or two locations in the other provinces.
